About HotelOne
The PMS and the door locks for Australian motels and hotels — written, hosted and supported in Australia.
Who We Are
HotelOne is a product of MyPrivateIT Pty Ltd (ABN 99 670 999 890), an Australian technology company based in Victoria that builds hotel and motel management software and the hardware that works with it.
We build HotelOne PMS — cloud property management for motels, hotels and serviced apartments — together with our own self check-in kiosk and card return box. Smart-lock hardware (hotel locks, gateways, card encoders and key cards) is sold by our hardware business, LockOne.
Because the PMS, the check-in software and the lock management software are all written in-house, we can customise them for you: lock bodies and finishes to suit your doors, workflows, fields and reports to suit how you actually operate, and connectors to the systems you already run. Small properties and small volumes included.
HotelOne runs on Google Cloud in Melbourne, so the bookings, guest details and reports of every property are stored in Australia, and support is available 24/7 in English and 中文.

Door keys from the PMS
Key cards, PIN codes and app keys issued with the booking, remote unlock and every door event on record — on LockOne locks and existing TTLock-compatible locks.
Self Check-in Kiosk
Our own lobby kiosk: ID scanning, payment and key card dispensing, wired straight into the PMS and configured to each site.
Card Return Box
Our own design: the guest drops the key card in on the way out and the front desk knows at once — the PMS records it and can raise the cleaning task straight away.
Direct Booking
Commission-free bookings on your own website — which we can build and maintain for you — with eWAY deposits, payment links and the door code sent before arrival.

Hotel locks, gateways, card encoders and key cards are sold by LockOne, our hardware business.
